36. Two CranioSacral treatments

Lot number thirty-six:

Two One-hour CranioSacral Therapy Sessions (value £90)

When was the last time you experienced deep rest at the very core of your being?

CranioSacral Therapy is a deeply restful nurturing experience.  It is a gentle but profoundly powerful manual approach.  If you've never heard of it, Kate MacKinnon, the Author of From My Hands and Heart describes it beautifully in this video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3uds4w1U-JE

In my practice, I like to recommend that first time clients have at least 3-4 sessions of CranioSacral Therapy, although this is purely a recommendation as some conditions are relieved more quickly than others.  There have been cases in my practice where just one session of CranioSacral Therapy has been enough to release the tissue restrictions which have been the cause of debilitating migraines but in general, I would recommend at least 3 treatments at regular intervals.  Where the condition is a chronic one, more treatments may be need.  As it is such a light-touch therapy, CST is effective for all ages, from newborns to the elderly. Treatments are carried out fully-clothed.

CranioSacral Therapy can be helpful for many conditions including the following:-

Stress
Headaches/Migraines
Neck and Back Pain
TMJ Dysfunction
Learning Difficulties (ADD/ADHD)
Emotional difficulties
Depression/Anxiety/Panic Attacks
Chronic Pain
Menstrual/Menopausal/Hormone Problems
Pregnancy and Post-Partum

Local only (Orpington). Parking available on the road (no restrictions). Collection/drop-off at the local train station is available on request.
